Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using any iSync product or service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and iSync Technologies Ltd..
2. License Grant
Subject to payment of applicable fees and compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use our software solely on devices you own or control. You may not sublicense, sell, resell, reverse engineer, or use our software to build a competing product.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, who is responsible for all billing inquiries and VAT/tax compliance. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date via your account dashboard.
4. Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. Contact support@isync.io within 30 days of your initial purchase. Refunds are not available for renewal charges unless required by law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our software to: unlock devices you do not own or have explicit permission to service; bypass security controls for unauthorized access; or facilitate illegal activity. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without refund.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Nothing herein limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before taking effect.
