How to Request a Refund

Email support@isync.io with Subject: Refund Request and your order number or email address. We process refunds within 3 business days. Refunds appear within 5–10 business days.

What's Covered

  • All new subscriptions (monthly and annual) within 30 days of initial purchase
  • One-time software purchases within 30 days
  • Cases where the product does not perform as described

What's Not Covered

  • Subscription renewals after the initial 30-day window
  • Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations
  • Requests submitted more than 30 days after purchase

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals — you retain access until the end of the paid period. Cancellation does not issue a refund for the current period.

EU/UK Statutory Rights

If you are in the EU or UK, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days. Our 30-day policy is more generous and supersedes this minimum. We will comply with any applicable mandatory consumer protection law.
